Our biggest worry is finding a home for Missy. Anyone who would like a cat please let us know. We can't take her with us. She hates travelling and we are going to be going to DOC camps where animals are not allowed. She doesn't like dogs so she would need to be in a dog free home and preferably an only cat. She doesn't always get on with other moggies.

Making a Camper out of our Truck.

Once apon a time in Japan the truck had been used as a satellite tracking truck. The back area was filled with shelving that the men had used for their computers and other equipment.. The more storage the more stuff you have, so the shelving came out and a friend took it away to use in his garage.  Into the space Eddie has put a bed settee, (one less thing to get rid of). He has added a bench on the opposite side. Into the bench he routered a hole for a small washing up basin and at the other end is a small gas cooker. Underneath the bench are boxes with our dinner ware, pots etc, a water bottle and the chilly bin. We will use it to go overnight some where or if we have guests.

It's pretty cool and we were able to mostly use things we had about the house. photos by Eddie
